We have just returned from Las Vegas; Realty ONE Group held its annual gathering which included real estate seminars and fun concerts and loud cheers! The Feltner Group and other amazing local agents are part of Realty ONE Group Old Towne’s unique and innovative brokerage firm. We are among the first in Virginia to join this rapidly growing global enterprise. Each year, Realty ONE Group offers a week-long retreat in Vegas to inspire our efforts to offer clients the best real estate experience. The Rocky Mountains were sure a beautiful sideshow.

The Feltner Group didn’t miss a beat! Stephanie Feltner (right) took in the sights from the sky. Earlier in the day, there were gatherings that helped us expand on exisiting customer service business practices, which is an ongoing priority. As we all know, location is everything. We found the palm trees irresitible; they are set artistically against the magestic rockies. It gave us the visual incentive to keep looking for just the right location for all of our clients. Good news is that there are lots of beautiful homes in Winchester; bad news is there are no palm trees, but there are rolling hills and pine-rich farms. The Valley has its own artistic appeal.
